Our customers have learned to expect a high standard of quality in all that we do. We are able to meet that standard in part due to the technology we use that enables us to be flexible with various production formats.

There are many details that a graphic artist or production person might not know or simply overlook while creating their files for a print. These details can significantly lower the quality of the final product, or render client files unusable.

Kendall Printing is prepared for these situations. Our knowledgeable Electronic Prepress (EPP) Technicians are experts at catching these oversights, troubleshooting files and preparing files for press. When we receive our customers' files on disk, by email or via our Client Login system, our staff performs an initial check, or "Preflight", to determine if there are any problems with files. If we discover problems, we create a Preflight Report detailing the errors and what needs to be done to correct them.

Our Customers have the option of fixing files themselves, or allowing Kendall Printing to rectify all errors for a small fee (minimum of $35.00, billed at $75.00 per hour). Our EPP Technicians are also available to assist clients via phone by answering questions, trouble shooting, or walking them through these procedures step by step.
