Working With Unusual Software
On occasion, a customer may develop a project cannot be accessed by the Kendall Printing team. This may be a result of client software that it is not suitable for creating press-quality files. If the client cannot switch to a compatible program, there are a few options to work around this challenge.

We recommend creating a PDF file or a Postscript file. Electronic Prepress Technicians are available to walk you through this process over the phone, and provide you with the appropriate software drivers for installation on your computer. In some cases, it may be necessary to install your software on one of our computers until the job is completed. It is also recommended that you check in with a customer service representative before you design a project to see which programs are compatible with our printing software.
