We make it easy for you to set up a free account by simply filling out your username and e-mail address. If you ever forget your password, there's a quick way to retrieve it from our database.

Below is a list of basic steps to follow before logging in to your free client account. By following these simple rules, your files should transfer smoothly and easily.

1.   Always compress your files. If you are using a Mac, use Stuffit, or Stuffit Light. PC users can utilize Winzip or any of the other compression utilities work fine. Files can sometimes be damaged during the transfer process, and this extra step protects them. In addition, Mac files have an invisible counterpart called a resource fork, which preserves the name of the application that created the file, and aids our designers in applying the right software to read it.

2.    If you have more than one file, you'll save time by compressing the files into one Zip file (PC) or Stuffit file (Mac). Otherwise, you can upload only one file at a time.

3.    Avoid using special characters when naming your files. Slashes and dollar signs and other symbols have specific meanings to the server, and will be reinterpreted as something different when the FTP transfer is performed.
